Step 1: Go to our Personal Catering page and determine which of our two menu formats you would like to work off of. You can choose the Heavy Hors D'oeuvres Menu (you will need to pick 8-10 different items to give your guests the feeling that they have had a meal) OR you can order off of our Traditional Buffet Menu (packages start with 2 entrees, a starch, a vegetable, tossed salad and rolls with butter).
What is the Difference?
Both of these menus are served buffet style however we can be a bit more creative with the displays with the Heavy Hors d'oeuvre menu (see photos) and your guests will get quite a variety. However, some people still prefer to go with more of a traditional style, which is just a tasty!
Step 2: Once you have decided which menu you want to work off of, begin going through the menu to determine menu items you like. Start to formulate a food budget that you feel comfortable with spending per person just for the food portion of the Catering. *This will not include wait staff/beverage/etc.
Step 3: Decide which way you would like to go with the beverage:
Beverage
Based on a 3 Hour Event
Standard Non Alcoholic Beverage To Include: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist and Bottled Water = $3.95 pp
Standard Beer and Wine Package = $12.95 pp
Premium Beer and Wine Package = $14.95 pp
OR
*Client can provide own beverage for Bon Appetit to serve = $300.00 Liability/Corkage Fee
1 Complete Bar Set ups to include: Coolers, Ice Challises, Metal Tubs for Beer, Wine Tool and Ice Scoop = $50
Ice = $1 per person
Step 4: Now you can leave the rest to us! Email or call us with your food budget and the way in which you want to handle the beverage and we will break down all additional costs (i.e. wait staff based on the amount of people you are having as well as any other additional costs) for you in a proposal.
Now you will have a complete breakdown in price before you schedule your tasting! Let's face it....we all want to know what we are getting ourselves into!
Step 5: Book a tasting with Bon Appetit
Step 6: Once you are confirmed with Bon Appetit we can conduct a site consultation and coordinate the set up of your event as well as provide you with a rental quote from a local rental company. We can create diagrams, itineraries and much more!
